This place is great. The use of a truck upon move in was so very helpful.. people always say they have some help and then they fall through and no help; so with that truck being available was a saving grace. Thanks to Annie and her staff in Santee.

The staff is knowledgeable and personable. The facility is very clean and easily accessible. The prices are a little high, but all in all, a good storage facility..

Price self storage is the best in town. They know how hectic it is to move and they assisted me and understood my issues. I am grateful they are here in our community.

One of the front desk treated me so bad and the way she talked is unapproachable, Its not bec. she is pregnant she will act like that. They should teach every worker to be hospitality.

Dear Frederick, I’m Kelly, the marketing manager for Price Self Storage. I am very sorry to hear of your experience at our facility. What you describe is contrary to our mission to provide excellent customer care. This is unacceptable and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. I apologize for any abuse you suffered from our employee. We do work extensively with our staff training for customer service, so this is a huge disappointment. Rest assured, we are looking into this.
The staff is always very friendly, the units are clean and the property is well protected and monitored. Would recommend it to anyone

I’ve rented storage places on and off over the last 40 years and I have to say that this is the best place around and the staff headed by Ashley Wisma is top notch.

Very clean facility! Great introduction price! However: the regular prices for units were a bit step, I also did experience what I do believe to be racial prejudices where certain staff members that were Hispanic seem to be more cordial towards White, Asian and other Hispanics yet unreasonably hostile towards African Americans in general!

James, I’m Kelly, the marketing manager for Price Self Storage. I have read your review and I’m very disappointed, as this is contrary to our mission and core value of providing all customers the same level of excellent service. Frankly I am saddened and shocked and very sorry that you experienced what you’ve described. Would you be willing to provide more detail and include the facility where you are renting, your account name and unit number? This is something we do not tolerate and if you’d like I can look into it further. It’s just not acceptable nor any part of our culture. Please let me know, [email protected]
