Started this nightmare back in September when we were trying to move out of an apartment from hell and into our new home. We tried to do uhaul, crate movers like pack rat and the like but everyone was booked up past our move out date. So we started looking at movers and i did the usual tricks to make them sweeten the deal with talking about shopping around. We got them down to what we wanted and figured we would pull the trigger. Pickup turned into a nightmare as they scammed us on the numbers almost doubling the quote after we hand counted and measured every box and pieces of furniture that we had to give them an exact amount of volume. We has to abandon my couch, nightstands and bookshelves. They even had the audacity to claim that we didn't pack any items. After screaming at them about then trying to scam us they backed off and continued the move. We asked for the delivery date to be in early November in October as we had finalized the deal on a house. Week after week I was lied to and week after week my stuff was not being delivered. Everything was stolen after 2 months of constant calling. Smart Van Lines LLC filed a police report. So my world is completely upside down. Made a gofundme to try and offset some expenses as we are starting from scratch at this point. Don't know if it's okay to share it here but NEVER deal with these scammers ever. We have lost around $40,000 and priceless items.

BEWARE OF THEM!! so what is the actually company name this one or Priceline Vanlines out of Florida?? They are fraud and misleading. Just reading on this company they false advertise that they are the movers. Nope and Zoe the customer service manager of one other girl are so rude try to get more money out of me and continued to talk over to the point I was yelling at her and she was doing the same. If you schedule your move within the first 5days they charge you extra $500. I told Zoe to schedule me first available after the five days. Then no phone call and I called and called and she continued to tell me the carrier didn’t get back to her. The. I receive a phone call from a NY # and it’s some guy telling me there were coming that night between 8pm-10pm lol o move us. I said absolutely not as I wasn’t packed and he said they will pack me. He also said he got my number from Zoe. The name of this “moving company” is Movers and Packers. We’ll come to find out the DOT revoked their license in January 2022 and do not have a license to move our belongings. So he hung up on me. I called Zoe back and she continued to talk over me and I told her to scam someone else. I am worried because they have my card info and if there are any future charges then the police will be involved. They don’t let you ask questions or read the contract. Rush rush and pressure. I put in a dispute in for my $569.00 deposit and then the contract says the actual moving company can charge you 10% to 100% additional charges and to be paid before they deliver my stuff. Again fraud. They want cash or cashiers check. Nope I’m done with these “moving companies” or so that what they call themselves scamming is honest working people out of their hard earned money. We need a class action lawsuit on them

When they answer the phone they do not use a company name, if you ask it is Priceline Van Lines. There is no company by this name. These people are brokers & crooks, STEER CLEAR OF THEM! They will give you a lowball estimate, lie to you or simply skip over your question. According to a supervisor I spoke with today after customer "no" service hung up on me, they will not return any part of your deposit. I imagine that like all moving brokers once they get the truck loaded the price zooms up to $5000 or $6000 so they get you hooked in with an initial low price. I was not given all of the details such as an assessment which is done over the phone of the items to be moved, where they were going to store my daughter's items through their 1-month free storage, initially, I asked if they were brokers and the question went unanswered. For the assessment that needed to be arranged with my daughter but it is set on THEIR TIME NOT CUSTOMER AVAILABILITY. I was told that the 3 part charge could be put on a credit card but in today's short conversation I was told that payments 2 & 3 had to be cash or money order. After thinking about it, the deposit is the broker fee and the other two payments are for whatever schill moving company they pull together. So you have no clue who is handling your items, qualifications, integrity, etc. I disputed the charge on my credit card and if they want to go to court I am ready for them. They will not email you a contract or estimate they send everything through text message and the links expire so that you can't refer back to them. I don't have a copy of anything I allegedly signed so it could have been done due to my recent identity theft. Yes, we need to do a class action on these scammers. This is absolutely pathetic. Rent a moving truck and hire a few people to load and unload it. You will save thousands and your sanity. Circumstances arose that are beyond anyones control and I needed to cancel the move. I was told that I had up to two years to move without paying a deposit. LOL, yep imagine trying to get them to honor the money they have already stolen from you two years after the fact. If you have been scammed by these people file with the Florida AG, DOT, take it to the media, whatever you feel is necessary. Michael Clark is the CEO/Owner of note for this mess and I found a location in W Palm Beach even though Coral Gables, FL is the location they give you. What a lousy, pathetic way to make a living but that is how thieves & grifters operate. Keep in mind they will not email you a single document so you are left with nothing in writing. When I received the tiny text message the person on the other end of the line kept babbling and talking to keep me from reading the content. I mentioned today that I want an email of all documents I allegedly signed and nothing came through. Just walk away. TO THE "COMPANY" - if you read this I am still waiting for the emails of the documents I allegedly signed. It will look bad on YOU in court if you fail to provide legible "binding" documents.

My rental car was confirmed through Priceline with dollar rental car but they did not honor my reservation and there was no car available when I arrived at the airport Priceline only offered me a 10% coupon for my troubles

Any 5 star review is completely fake! They told me to look at reviews and how “they’re better than other companies, just look at the reviews!” Lied to left and right, tripled the price estimate, I was lucky I got my stuff back at all. There is a FB group with people who have been scammed by this company and never got their stuff at all, months later, and those who did, severely damaged. DO NOT USE this company, you will regret it!! If at all possible, rent a uhaul and movers at each place, so much safer. This is not the only interstate company that has screwed people!

So right after hurricane Ida, where almost all of my belongings were destroyed, I decided to relocate to Arizona. I needed a way to move my stuff that survived. I contacted priceline logistics. They got me a really good deal and a huge discount because of the hurricane. About 4 days after I made my reservation I was discussing the move with my live animal transport guy who was coming across an issue with being double booked during the time I needed my transport and the only way he would be able yo swing it is if I paid a little more to cover the other trip that there were supposed to do. I told him the only way I would be able to afford it being that I had just lost almost everything was if he could also move my remaining belongings which they agreed they could do. So I call and cancel my reservation with priceline logistics, I was informed that by canceling my reservation I would be forfeiting 1/2 of my $650 deposit. I agreed, they sent over the docusign for the cancelation and was told that my 1/2 of the deposit would be returned to my account in 7 -10 business days. A couple weeks had passed I contacted them and was told that it wasn't going directly back to my account that it was coming in the form of a check and that it had been sent out. A month goes by and nothing, so I call them and get bounced between a few people and then was told there was an error in the system and that it hadn't been sent yet but was going out the following Monday. So another month goes by and still nothing. So I call them again where I am getting bounced around between multiple people yet again but this time to be told that my refund of the 1/2 of my deposit was denied. Denied for what I asked? And I was told the owner of the company has the final say and he denied it. So here I am going through a hurricane that destroyed almost everything I owned, killed multiple of my animals, relocating across the country spending every penny I had left to have this company steal my hard earned money when they did absolutely nothing to earn that money. This company is full of thieving crooks. I would warn anyone trying to do business with this company to look into other options. I would give this company 0 stars if it would allow me. And honestly had I read the reviews on this company prior I would never had attempted to do business with them. The reviews from many have had the same issues. Like how can a company get away with this? They need to be charged with theft!!

1 star is way to many stars. I can’t even explain all the stuff that happen with this company. A couple highlights with my move from Az to Ga. They were 6 weeks late and we received No reimbursement. They drop your stuff off at a wear house in NV when they say it never comes off the truck (thats a lie). They never answer the phone. When they finally got our stuff here they hired some dudes off Craigs list to unload the truck 1st dudes robbed the driver (our stuff was still in the truck) had to call the police. 2nd time truck shows up. Dude hirers like 10 more dudes off Craigs list to unload the truck 1 dude steals my and my wife’s wedding ring. Stole a couple necklaces also. All my stuff is broke or chipped or wobble. Our stuff was new. Still haven’t received our reimbursement for anything and that was a year ago. These 1 star reviews are no lie. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

I booked a hotel through Priceline. I am a gold VIP member of Priceline. A hotel maid tried to correct a freezer compartment that was full of ice by turning the thermostat to coldest setting which ruined expensive medication and food. Priceline had no communication from the owner of Ramada by Wyndham Anaheim even though Sam said he would send information to Priceline so I could go through them for compensation. Priceline would not agree to any financial compensation but instead offered over the phone a future 15% discount providing I would agree to that prior to them sending anything in writing. This in no way was satisfactory and they would not have anyone else considerate in their organization.
