PreviewX Inc.Reviews of previewx.com

Sold my B2B SaaS to PreviewX. First time for me, but these guys are pros. Clear, direct, professional, and friendly communication. They understood what we're doing, our growth opportunities from the get-go, and they were on top of everything. I trust that my business is in the right hands, will be taken care of, and will reach new heights. The process was smooth, and I felt supported all the way. I'd recommend PreviewX in a heartbeat.

I'm delighted to share my experience with PreviewX, the company that recently acquired my business. The entire process was seamless and professionally executed. From the initial negotiations to the final transition, PreviewX demonstrated a commitment to transparency and a genuine understanding of our industry. What sets PreviewX apart is their exceptional team. They are not just knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive throughout the transition, fast and straightforward. Highly recommend!

My first time selling a business, and I was very nervous and suspicious at the beginning, but Rocco and Bryan were both really professional and helpful all along the way. They gave me a good offer, helped me every step of the way, and we managed to close the deal in like a week. We had and continuously have good communication and collaboration. They paid me promptly, making me the new fastest-paid partner (their new record) :). If you are here thinking of PreviewX's, Rocco's, and Bryan's legitimacy, you can stop the search. You're lucky to do business with them. :)

PreviewX acquired my company, and it was a great experience. They provided a clear and fair offer, and we were able to move quickly through the whole process. They already have procedures in place that make the transition very straightforward. It can be hard to let go of something you've spent years building, but I trust that my apps are in good hands and will continue to grow!

My company was acquired by PreviewX and they’ve been nothing short of a perfect acquirer. The process was always continuing and I’ve never had any negative feeling throughout the process. They’re really interested in founders succeeding and they’ve been patient, walked me through every step where I needed help (it was my first time) and overall they were people… you’d really want to spend time with? If that makes sense. I have no remorse as to whether I put my “baby” in the hands of someone who will take care of it. The process took 2 weeks from the moment we signed until the acquisition’s price was sent. Two weeks!! Bear in mind: weekends and national holidays were in-between too. I thought this type of stuff takes months. At best, 1 month. If you get an offer from them - take it. They’re fair, good business people and great folks generally. Personally I’m grateful I got the chance to see what a GREAT acquirer looks like.

I sold my company to Preview X and I couldn't be happier. I am excited that the company will live on in such good and caring hands. They were able to set up clean and clear communication channels so that the transition was as easy as possible. Running, Scaling, and Selling a business is hard, thankfully Preview X understands that and makes thing as easy as possible for you as the business owner!

Great communication, smooth process, fast execution and organized. They did what they said they would do. Got the deal closed in 2 weeks! 🔥 Amazing experience, I highly recommend to do business with them.
