They do awesome work and customer service is excellent! We made a mistake when ordering, but they fixed it promptly, even though it probably cost them. Wonderful and friendly communication. We will use them again and recommend to everyone we know. Thank you!

My husband and I received one of these for our wedding in 2020 and I've ordered 2 since and were both well received! It's a wonderful gift and such personalization with the song added. Could not ask for better customer service either. Thanks for creating such a treasure!!

So glad you had a pleasant experience here with us, we eagerly look forward to seeing you back again!
Great customer service!! Very prompt service & I like that they respond so quickly! I ordered a pdf file of the police officer sign. I planned to have it turned into a banner. I however had issues sending the file to the shop making my banner. Picture Perfect was nice enough to send the shop a pdf directly to them. They received it & I’m just anxious to see the results!! I Highly recommend Picture Perfect!!
