Thanks, Robert! We're so happy to hear PrettyLitter is a purr-fect match for your furry family! ❤️ We love being your litter care solution, and we hope to keep it that way.
As a senior citizen, I have been using pretty litter for my senior cat for a few years. I really appreciate that it is odorless and my cat likes using it too. The changing colors give me insight into what is happening internally for my cat. I will keep using it.

This made our day, Jennifer! Hearing that PrettyLitter has been a true game changer (and that you could never go back!) means the world to us. We’re so grateful to be part of your cat‑care routine. 🐱❤️
I have been purchasing since 2020, my siamese cat for the last month has been peeing small amounts in her box. I didn't think much it never changed colors. I decided to take her to the vet yesterday and found out she has a uti and a kidney stone. So this litter never detected anything in ph urine changes, very unsatisfied customer, l discontinued my subscription.

We’re so grateful you’ve been with us for so long, Anne! We’re glad you were able to get your little one the care that they needed, and we hope they are resting and healing nicely. ❤️🩹 While PrettyLitter is a tool to provide insights into your cat’s health by monitoring certain urinary elements such as acidity and alkalinity levels, it is not a medical diagnostic product. We hope your little one is doing okay, and we’ve reached out directly to collect more information to help. 🐾
I received a quick answer to my situation, and I am beyond grateful to Thalia.

Thank you so much for your kind words Alice! ✨ We're so glad to hear your experience with Thalia was a pawsitive one! 😸
The product is great I am on the fence about the clumping litter though. The clumping is good, the clumps stick to the bottom of the litter box.
