User friendly, quick, efficient

This was the easiest and most friendly doctor visit! The doctor and his staff were so helpful and amazing. I would recommend this to everyone I know. Thank you for all you did and do! It's not everyday that you can say going to the doctors office was a most pleasant experience.

My interview with Dr. Nguyen was so informative and helped me feel confident about the decisions I was making. He helped me understand the best options that are best for me and was compassionate and caring in discussing my cancer. The doctor who interviewed me by skype (my first time to skype) was very thorough and put me at ease. As a real beginner at this form of intervention and pain management I had my reservations, but he cleared up my concerns and made his recommendation. My only question now is was I not supposed to receive an email with information on receiving a card for my wallet good for a year? Did I miss something? Is the paper I printed out legally sufficient when it says it is a recommendation for use?

I was pleasantly surprised as to how effortless the whole process was. I wish all doctor appointments were performed like this!
