As a first time user, I was slightly sceptical around utilizing an online service to have my consultation and evaluation. Boy was I wrong. If I could give the service 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Other than one brief drop in video, this was great.

Doing everything from home with a webcam is way more convenient then trying to schedule an office visit.

I really can't explain the amount of excitement I had during this whole process, it really shows how much presto doctor care's about there customer's. Now this is my true honest opinion the doctor I had was Dr. David Nguyen and he was so polite and very respectful. He answered all my questions I had and he also gave me very detailed information about what I was asking about. This is coming from a guy that is new to medical marijuana and is a newbie at all this haha. The whole meeting took literally 10-15 minutes it's way easier than going into a doctor office and making an appointment, so I definitely recommend this to anyone new to medical marijuana or if your trying to renew your recommendation.
