Dead simple appointment booking, the doctor I met with via video chat was knowledgeable, understanding, and made it a really easy, stress-free experience (I have severe anxiety and was dreading the appt). I received my recommendation immediately (PDF), and had the physical recommendation and ID card (it's nice!) two days later. HIGHLY recommended.
