Everything went right as described. Appointment took place in computer, no need to go anywhere else. Paperwork arrived in two forms: via email where you would have to use a printer, and not very long after the appointment, it arrived via mail, in a very discreet non compromising envelope. I was issued a photo card (first for me) and the certificate. This outfit conducts business in a serious manner, and the Doctor conducting the interview was a very decent and caring professional.
