I booked a 27 minute one way ride and received a very reasonable quote. However, in my Notes for Chauffeur, I mentioned that it was for transportation for the grand exit for my wedding. They replied that since it is for an event, I would be required to book for four hours, more than double what I was quoted. I decided to book with Blacklane instead, which has a really nice app and user interface. tl;dr don't mention it's for your wedding unless you're ready to pay the wedding tax.

I am looking to get reimbursed for an additional charge of $100 that was made to my credit card. Our flight was delayed from Germany to BWI and we updated your company by email ( with responses) and by text to the driver. The latest update was that the plane would land at 1000 pm and we could be picked up after 1115 pm to give us time to get through customs, get all of our bags and dog crate, and then move outside. We were charged an extra $100 with your company stating we were late for a 10pm pickup. This info was incorrect and needs to be corrected. As a military family traveling on orders, this is mit the way we expected to be treated and taken advantage of. If anything, we should be getting a discount as we handled most of our own luggage, not the driver.

We booked a return ride to O'Hare and with the construction happening on the Kennedy Expressway, we wanted to make sure we met our flight. We received a text from our driver 30 minutes before pickup time giving us an ETA at our hotel. He was on time (in fact a little early) and was polite and smartly dressed. The vehicle was easily big enough for our four large suitcases and was clean and comfortable. The drive was quick but very smooth and we arrived well within the time we needed to be there. Couldn't really ask for more.
