One of the sensors you sent me didn’t work for more the 12 hours. Both sensors had a date from 2018?

Checking the USPS tracking number and it shows it’s still waiting to be picked up by them. This was on the 13th, my question is has this been picked up or shipped yet. If not how do I go about cancelling and getting a credit.
