Had a bit of a rocky start with the drive-by support, but the fellow who eventually helped me was super awesome. I really have nothing to complain about. Nothing. I'm provided the services that I need and everything just works.

I switched to Pressable because my old provider drastically increased their managed WordPress pricing. Pressable's performance and support has been top notch. The dashboard to manage my WordPress installs is seamless and straightforward to use. Whenever I (rarely) have an issue the support team responds in seconds and corrects. The added feature of included Jetpack Premium (which I never planned on using but now love) with 1-click integration is also a nice bonus.
