I had a professional conversation with Nathan, who was extremely courteous and dedicated a considerable amount of time to address my inquiries and provide a thorough explanation regarding my intended purchase of metall. I am eagerly anticipating the opportunity to collaborate with Preserve Gold.

I'm working with agent Aaron CROSSMAN. Very professional but at the same time very personable. Education was key. He spent a great deal of time, making sure I understood everything. If I didn't, he spent as much time as needed. He stayed in touch with me every step of the way. When something didn't show up when expected he would call me. Alternate measures were suggested to take care of the missing check. It was cancelled and resent in the provided FedEx envelope. Aaron texted me when it arrived; then, he called to inform me that my purchases were in progress. Very reassuring with all the information!!

I had called and researched multiple gold companies and Preserve Gold was by far the most helpful and professional. It was the only conversation where I felt like I was talking to a real person/professional and not some pushy salesman. The gentleman I spoke to was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable whereas the other companies I contacted made me feel uncomfortable. It was a noticeable difference consulting with Preserve. Thank you for your service!
