Worst company yo deal with. Get nothing but the run around!!

It came without operating instructions. It is locked up and it won't unlock or tighten up. Please send instructions and I might be able to update my experience! Thank you!!

While the fans do blow air and help with cooling, they definitely don't blow as shown in the advertisement. The advertisement showed a lady with long hair and the fan having enough velocity to blow her hair around vigorously. This is simply not the case. The fan, even on the highest setting, will not blow with that intensity or anything close.

I received the item and am using it. It is being used as advertised and seems to be working well.

Shipping took a very long time. The ring seems flimsy, and arrived with no instructions on how to use it. Very disappointing.
