The interface is sometimes difficult to navigate

I have been a customer for more than a year now, and I plan to remain one hopefully for years to come. They have thousands of channels from almost any country, they offer series and movies (VOD) and even catch-up for a few, wish they add US to catch-up. In a whole year I think I can count about two times when they had some tech issues but at all times their support team kept us in the loop with details about when service will be restored. Streaming is clean, no buffering, most transmissions are 720p, 1080p and a few in 4K. Oh yeah, and the price is great!

Have been a customer for a bit more than three years. From the first month, I noticed that the quality was promising, and the customer service is great. Had a technical issue in the past, which was resolved immediately, and for that I'm thankful. Best wishes and hope that 4K can continue to grow and maintain the best customer service in the market.

The service is great and easy to use. Customer service is always helpful. I have been using the service for years. I highly recommend.
