Hi Jimmy, please can you provide some clarifications about your experience so we can investigate what the issue is. Kindly send a message to us at support[@]premiumvin.com. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
OMG, this company is running a promotion whereby if you do a good review, you get a free report. Hence all the reviews and good rating. People rating and reviewing without even seeing the report or using the product. How is this fair?

Hello Avs, rest assured that all our customers' reviews are genuine - from people who have used our VIN check services. If we care to help used car buyers spot fake and cloned cars with our services, it would be totally wrong to ask for 'false' reviews to get free reports. Please contact us if you need any clarification. Thank you!
In the process of selling a car. The buyer requested a report and sticker. So...went online to obtain the info. It was VERY easy and detailed. When I had questions about how the process worked, I did a "chat" and had very good results....I think I was "chatting" with an actual person. Appreciate their service. I initially gave a 5 Star....my interactions were positive.... until I wanted to add a "sticker" to my order. I have now waited for over 7 hours for the sticker and still don't have it. I also believe that they "build" a sticker as opposed to accessing the original sticker. My car in nearly 20 years old, so it is understandable if they cannot access the original sticker...but they should disclose that at the start of the transaction.

My limited experience with this site was initially positive. The online chat person was very helpful in answering my questions and directing me to the appropriate product for my needs. When I received the product (A vehicle history report) it contained no useful information ( The service history was blank.) in comparison to the CarFax report I received which was mush more detailed.

This website is likely a scam/phishing. If it’s not, it’s just a waste of money. I paid for a window sticker, and it said my Diesel Automatic was a Gas w/ 5 speed manual transmission. Ridiculous. Anyone asking for this is probably a scammer. And all these positive reviews are probably fake. It’s not hard to leave a multiple fake reviews. CARFAX is the only trustworthy site.

Scam site. Their goal is identity theft and credit card theft. The ploy is they pretend interest in the car you are selling and then ask you to go to this site to buy a “window sticker” based on your VIN. The site produces a report but when you go to checkout it is designed to obtain your credit card number and personal information.

I purchased the vehicle report and it was inaccurate, it stated that the vehicle was in an accident which it wasn't, just a small hood dent that was repaired. It also said I was the second owner and I am the original owner which makes the report useless to me. I contacted support and they could not help. Very disappointed.
