Ordered a dual 54k unit . After purchased they reached out stating what I ordered will put out max of 48k with 1 condenser with dual fans and if this is what I wanted . I didn’t realize , they recommended seperate units to equal the same 54k . Best part , it was cheaper this way . Great and honest company!

After a super-prompt fulfillment on one order, I immediately ordered a second time. I recommended they expand their product line in areas I'm interested, such as the new laundry all-in-ones from GE and LG and hope they do. As a new company, they are trying hard and succeeding! Bought a Ezpro minisplit 24k btu. It was easy to install with well written instructions. Unit runs as it should. Was pleased to find that it runs very quiet. Initially concerned about the warranty as I am not a HVAC tech. They reached out to me to assure me that they would honor the warranty.
