Premium Design AgencyReviews of premiumdesignagency.com

do not value intellectual property- created a domain name and a website under the name of my book without permission and refused to give ownership on request and produced a false certificate of ownership in my name that the domain registrar did not recognise. Leaves work not done but always want to start new projects, more fees, refused to refund money for the work that is incomplete. Refuse to participate in zoom meetings . appear in many business names linked to the same address and one phone number that is unattended a lot of the time. Many social media profiles and sells their web domians and re create with a slightly different name and puts it on market again. Duplicate websites with different contact details. Some of the business name domain registrant details are listed as a scam in BBB.

I have a story to share with you about my experience with Premium Design Agency. I contacted them in November to create a web app and went into great detail about the features I wanted. I even set a one-month deadline, which they agreed to with no additional charge. Initially, they quoted me $1,900 for the project. However, after some time, they kept adding more charges until the final cost reached $3,000! To make matters worse, they took six months to deliver the website, despite my repeated requests to expedite the process. Eventually, I asked them to just deliver the website, even if it wasn't complete. However, they demanded an additional $3,000 for something called "ADA" with a so-called "company discount" of $1,200. I refused to pay this extra charge, but they sent no letter for me to sign as they had promised. Instead, they sent me the code sources and let me use the website for only a week or two before shutting it down, claiming that "someone had reported my website to ADA," and I had to pay the extra charge to release it. After I agreed to pay, they suddenly reopened my site. It was then that I realized I couldn't trust them at all. I cloned my website and moved on from their dishonest and unprofessional behavior. Please don't make the same mistake I did and use their services. Do your research, and you'll see their phone number listed everywhere on websites as a warning. THIS IS REAL REIVEW, NOT A FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY TAKE YOUR PROJECT AS LONG AS THEY COULD SO THEY CAN ASK YOU TO GIVE THEM MORE MONEY AND EVEN IF YOU GIVE THEM MORE THEY WONT DELIVER, THE WEBSITE IS FULL OF BUGS AND, PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE, THESE GUYS JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, THEY COME UP WITH NUMEROUS BULLSH1T TO BAIT YOU, EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND UNTRUSTFUL. USE THEM AND YOU WILL REGRET I WARN YOU.

These people owe me $1200, they are bait and switch artists. DO NOT USE THEM

Your company owes us $500! The webpage was not completed or delivered. Not good company practice and I have left numerous voicemails and emails. I’m a retired USAF veteran officer and know a lot of people who can help with this situation. Please advise. Edwin Traverzo (214) 729-5434

If I could give zero starts I would. These guys are only excellent at being bait and switch artists. they advertise inexpensive website design then hit you with outrageous fees on the back end after leading you to believe you have an all-inclusive price. I paid about $200.00 to have an existing website revamped. I got a one page JPEG with bad stock photos and it didn't even come close to what we needed. When I spoke with them on the phone I was told that I got what I paid for and everything else was extra to the tune of $900.00. The so-called project manager was rude and unprofessional. He even said he didn't care what I thought.... I guess it's true - if it looks to good to be true - IT IS.. Don't use these guys unless you want to spend a lot of money for nothing. The bottom line - they are scammers annd liars! BEWARE
