Premier called me day before to confirm and then on the appointment day when the tech was running a little late called me to let me know. The tech Eric was very friendly and was able to fix all the issues within a short amount of time. I will be using them again to add more landscape lights.

Everyone one on the phone and all the guys that put everything in the ground and service our system have been great. That's why we have been a customer for over 13-15 yrs. Other contractors do contact us but why would we switch. We are happy happy.

We had premier setup some lighting for us. It went way beyond what we had anticipated. They came out and provided great service throughout. We called them back to add a few more lights. They did so seemlessly. we called them back a third time, maybe 12 months later, to have more lights added. All three times, they handled it very professionally and again, seemlessly. It has been a pleasure woroking with them and I will use them again in the future. I have already recommended them and Zi will continue to recommend them to anyone. Great team

Thanks for the almost one of a kind bird's nest lamp, it is so perfect in our home, and I get compliments on it all the time. I looked high and low for something like this, and had no luck until I found you!

No issues with the work done, but the price quite high and they do the work in such a way that you can't even change a bulb yourself. Have to call them back.

Our records show that we did not install your original lighting system, just that we have performed repairs and maintenance each of the last three summers. We are working with the existing fixtures that you chose with your original contractor and our notes are not showing any issues with bulb replacement, so in all likelihood you can change them, too. Maybe we can give you a technique that would help and we’d be more than happy to show you how your system operates the next time you call us out. Every year we assess our repair and installation rates and ensure that they are competitive within the professional industry.
