Shipping was outstanding. However, I have lost the instruction manual of course. Maybe you could see your way to sending me a pdf or a copy to smooth out my lousy weekend?

Your rep was very helpful. The company he recommended, the salesman was rude and acted as if he didn’t want to answer my questions or work up a quote. We went with another company that had better clients treatment and better pricing.

Response from Premier Mfg· Apr 29, 2025
Good afternoon, Gilbert, Thank you for your review. We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’d like to better understand the situation with your trailer so we can work to improve our services. I’ve sent you a direct email to hopefully get a bit more clarification. We just want just to clarify, at Premier Manufacturing, we specialize in the production of couplings, drawbar eyes, jacks, and similar components. We currently do not offer trailer repair services. Thank you again, and I look forward to your response. Brooke S - Customer Service Rep - 800-248-3855
