Great experience! Bob was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in talking through all of the options. Great prices too.

Used watch (refurbished) was everything promised, and more. Would return to PW in a heartbeat! My Shinola watch is beautiful, and with the savings I'd buy a second.

Christine was so much help and so nice!

Wonderful atmosphere! Admire your patience and attentiveness! Roman was great! Ill be back! Violetta Berdichevskaya MD

Not only did they accept a fair offer for a used watch, they were perfect in every way: questions, shipping etc. I would definately buy again. Oh yeah, the watch is gorgeous!

The 'front of house' are amazing. I can't say enough great things about their level of customer service. My issues were with the high repair cost and a week after getting my ⌚ back the setting of the date is not flawless.

Great experience, very knowledgeable and friendly re: Rolex watches, would definitely go back!

very nice , quick , made my short time there enjoyable
