Precision Pro GolfReviews of precisionprogolf.com

What a great experience!!! Their product is solid I had a few issues but had immediate support and great communication and follow up. I highly recommend thire rangefinders especially with the level of support you get if you do encounter an issue.

Cover for my NX 10 fell apart after few used. They said they were out of replacements but would sell me one!? Then they agreed to provide a John Daly cover, which I did not want but since have ordered and cancelled numerous times over 4 months. If something breaks, work in premise that warranty and customer service irrelevant or non existent. Would not recommend.

Had a malfunctioning range finder that was a month outside of its warranty and the Precision Team made things so easy To get a newer upgraded unit. Thus Team really knows what STELLAR Customer Service is! Having run a division of an extremely large Fortune 500 Company and serviced a customer that was the largest automotive aftermarket parts supplier in the world, you quickly became aware of what SERVICE REALLY MEANS. If you do not think that a customer can acquire parts/ inventory at a cheaper cost Then you realize that all you have is 1St Class STELLAR SERVICE to set you apart. Precision has that so far. Keep it up guys

My grandson was bought a Precision Pro NX7 Rangefinder for golf, unfortunately the battery door went missing. I contacted support for a replacement and received this reply’ Unfortunately we do not have replacement parts in the UK and can not fulfill replacement’ outside of USA. Not recommended to buy outside of USA then.🤷‍♂️
