I've taken Certified DevSecOps Professional course and learned many things in this course. First, they have the basics of Linux and Git commands to learn, then we get into GitLab CI/CD pipeline to automate things, which they have online lab as playground to learn and test whatever you want. Then they have an environment to integrate security into CI/CD pipeline which contains SCA, SAST, DAST, and vulnerability management. So, this course included everything to know as essential of DevSecOps implementation.

Those who wish to go deeply into devsecops and are interested in appsec security. I'll give this course my highest recommendation to everyone who enjoys creating fantastic applications and automation. This course provides you with a better understanding of security for a few reasons. 1. We can use Terraform and Anisible to automatically implement PCI-DSS control on a server. 2. We can also detect vulnerabilities before making an app live or providing it to a penetration testing team. It's not an easy certification, guys. This exam is 24 hours long and entirely practical. This exam took me 22 hours to complete. My head was spinning the entire time, and I picked up a lot of new knowledge. I took DevSecOps Professional training. Very good course to learn the DevSecOps methodology from scratch. It has lot of valuable theory and practice labs to test these concepts. Exam is hands-on and resembles real-life challenges. I recommend to everyone who wants to expand their knowledge with modern approach to security.

Everytime I needed support for learning more about some specific topic, I always found support from the CDP team. Besides, they offered so many content in their labs for practicing different scenarios! It was very enriching from my side. CDP (Certified DevSecOps Professional ) is the certification that reviews all the security stages of a DevOps cycle. In the lab, you start step by step to learn all the concepts, from the basics to the implementation of the different tools they propose, and they also propose challenges for you to do on your own and build your knowledge, although the lab has a limited duration (you can always buy more practice time) the access to the theory is unlimited.

This course (CCSE) is the second course I have taken from Practical-DevSecOps, the other was the Certified DevSecOps Professional and I love the content and format. The content is great: relevant, topical (up to date) and the practical-hands-on approach is what sets this course above the others. On top of the great content and practical labs, the administrators of the course are in touch with you to ensure the student is getting maximum value and that the student will have every reason to succeed. I look forward to continuing courses with this group. Each time I accomplish a course it helps me stay ahead of my competition and pave a unique path with my career. Great job!

Here's the plus points for me: The learning experience was fantastic. Great support staff with the communications on the course. An all inclusive lab and learning that can be done from a browser. Lab solutions were clear and concise. The course content provided a good breadth of topic and suitable for beginner to devsecops. Hands-on exam through lab challenge and report writing which reinforces the concepts. Room for improvement: Support and chatroom is through slack. A bit of manual process via email for selecting start date of course. Continuous running time for the labs access. Would be great to be able to pause it maybe after the exam to have a break before going through the remaining optional labs.
