Good for beginner who wants to know about DevSecOps

According to CDP's course introduction, the learner does not need to have any background of DevOps. However, it is totally wrong. If you do not have enough background of DevOps, you would definitely fail the Final Exam. In my perspective, I passed the Final exam with around 1 year of DevOps experience and I would like to confirm that the Final Exam is not easy.

A step in the right direction in order to show the importance of threat modeling and to help advance it further by introducing it to more people. The course is very informative and is always up to date thanks to the passionate creators.

I completed the Certified DevSecOps Professional course, and the overall experience was great. The structure of the course worked well with the hands-on labs supporting what is covered in the videos prior to the lab. After going through the labs a few times, I was able to pick up new bits of knowledge every time I took the labs. I think the best part is that not only did I get a certification, but the amount of knowledge & skills picked up during the course is well worth the cost of the course.

The five day training was adequate and taught us adequately on the course content. Labs provided great exposure before the exam, however I wished that more time was provided for the labs as part of the course (maybe an option to pause when the labs are not completely in use?) Nonetheless experience was good overall, with the 12h exam giving a good insight into the overall CI/CD pipeline. I’m not sure if a refresher may be required after a couple years for the exam, lest I forget the course content.

I recently completed the CASP training and claimed the certificate. One of the best thing about this training is that you are not only learn attacking view but also learn how to protect against that attack on both code level and product level. Anyone interested in API security should check this training.

100% without PDSO I wouldn't have been able to get into DevSecOps, I've used it as a springboard at work to get into more technical work so thank you guys so much!

I was looking for a course on Container Security for a while and stumbled upon one at Practical DevSecOps. I really enjoyed the course and the content. The test was challenging and a good test of the skills learned throughout the course. There could definitely be some improvements made to the course, including fixing typos and grammar in the course content. Also, the course mentioned labs throughout that weren't there, but all in all i really enjoyed my experience!
