Very complicated and obsolete style web interface to submit press releases. But the most serious part is they kept rejecting or putting it on hold, and ignore my attempts to contact them. They were paid, their site does not show they acknowledge that although my bank does. Essentially I paid for nothing. I will be disputing the charge.

I wish I would have found the trust pilot and read the reviews first. Basically, the only thing they did was take my money and publish it to their website.

I developed a high-quality press release for the company's website without links because I wanted to try to post it for free! But at the very end of the placement, the site required at least $60 for posting a press release without a single link! This is just a scam and a scam, don't believe them and don't waste your time!

I chose the free package on PR.com, but after submitting my press release, I was told that each link would cost $29.95. I paid for one link, yet the company never published my release and never issued a refund. Later, they demanded an additional $60 to “upgrade the visibility level,” claiming that otherwise the release could not be reviewed or published. This approach is misleading and unprofessional. The service feels more like a paywall trap than a legitimate PR platform. Extremely disappointing experience — not recommended.

Opted for the $300 version, two days later and my PR only showed up on PR.com website. Impossible to call customer service and submitting message online via their website gave no response.

This website is not customer friendly. If you make any error in any Press Release submissions this PR.com site will keep your 300 dollars and give you only a link and a post on PR.com. PR.com will strip your Accociated Press submissions and keep your money. I would advise to choose a different site for future Press Releases. My company is 26 years only worldwide.
