Picking up our puppy was very easy. We just had to meet them in a parking lot about a half an hour from our house. Our delivery drivers were Ryan and Richard. I don’t remember who handed our puppy to us, but he was really nice and efficient. I think it was Ryan.

I've had my puppy for a week now and finally getting around to reviewing Premier Pet Transport. Whew, what an exciting week! I got an arrangement schedulef from PPT stating that I'd be receiving more information via text message a few days before delivery. I didn't. PPT had been given the wrong number by PuppySpot. Once that was taken care of, the service was great! Buck & Scotty took excellent care of my puppy. They get me apprised of delivery time changes (earlier) due to traffic, etc... He was the last in a long series of deliveries - but they saved the best for last. Wrangler arrived both healthy & safe, Thank you so much for the personalized service and taking care of my boy.

I recently received my adorable baby Shih Tzu puppy through PuppySpot’s Premier Pet Transport, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was nothing short of exceptional. My puppy arrived clean, happy, and incredibly calm, radiating a peaceful bliss that assured me he was well taken care of during his journey. The attention to detail and care provided by the team, especially Ryan and Richard, was truly commendable. They are the best Pup-Truckerzzz ever! Additionally, Jered and the transport team was incredibly communicative and friendly throughout the entire process. Their constant updates and warm demeanor made the experience even more reassuring and pleasant. Thank you, Jered, Ryan, and Richard, for your dedication and for delivering my little bundle of joy safely. I highly recommend PuppySpot’s Premier Pet Transport to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet transport service. Safe travels as you continue to bring unconditional love to new forever homes!
