My podiatrist chose this for me because I suffer with Morton's neuroma. I have been wearing the pinnacle plus for about three weeks now, and I'm slowly getting some relief from the neuroma. My knees love them and heel strikes are not a source of misery when I work out.

I have archilles tendinitis and it helped me tremendously. I can walk without pain. Do not expect overnight miracle but in time you feel the difference

They brack down faster than they should

Has nothing to do with the company, the orthotic didn’t help my foot pain. Came highly recommended, but when your forced to wear steel toe boots, and I don’t care what brand you have, when your on concrete all day long, all I want is a little relief. Still looking for the correct orthotic..
