PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

Powermax is the best in price and service for all my Apple needs. Each of my major equipment upgrades has been through Powermax. Free shipping and no tax what is better? Joe was easy to talk to and order from. Now anxiously waiting for my new iMac to be delivered.

I was extremely stressed about an issue with my old laptop that suddenly stopped working. When I went to the Apple Store, they said they couldn't help because of the age of my laptop and suggested Powermax. I had also researched doing it myself or other places that I compared pricing. After reaching out to Powermax, they eased my stressed. They were ready to help me, they helped me quickly, their pricing was the most affordable of all my options. I received my laptop back fixed and checked for other bugs. They were extremely helpful and very friendly to work with.

Great experience with a trade in and purchase with PowerMax. They gave the highest value for my MB Air, and ease of exchange and purchase at the store in Wilsonville, OR was appreciated. Thanks!

I purchased a new IPad from POWERMAX based on a recommendation. I'm glad I did. One of the reps (Joe) took good care of me. I had an older IPad to trade in, Joe quoted me a fair price, so we did the deal. No inflated purchase price, no sales tax, and free shipping! What's not to like?

Not sure why others have bad reviews, they are great. Thanks for the help - you've got a life long customer.

When Valerie's iPad 2 (she calls it "Sweetie") started showing symptoms reminiscent of our own geriatric issues, we were uncertain how to proceed among a number of options: used or new, trade-in or straight purchase, Apple or competitor. She uses Sweetie extensively but within a narrow range of its capabilities, and so we considered moving to something quite different, more tailored to what she actually does. Enter Michelle Ryther of PowerMax to walk us through the forest, which she did expertly, expeditiously, and in a friendly manner that never left us feeling we were being manipulated by the sales department. We're very content with the new iPad 5th Generation (Valerie still calls it "Sweetie") we bought from PowerMax on Michelle's recommendation: not the most expensive of our options, but new and shiny and packaged with the excellence we've expected from Apple since the early 1980s. And the interpersonals were good enough to make us wish Oregon weren't so far away. Thanks again, Michelle!

I just purchased my second used Mac from this company and love dealing with them. I was able to work directly with a knowledgable, friendly and efficient sales rep who made sure I got the model that would work for me. I also comparison-shopped a little before I made the purchase and know that I got a great deal. They even throw in a free 30-minute one-to-one tech call during which I can pick the expert's brain about anything. In this day of disconnected commerce, it was such a pleasure to be taken care of by a real human being.

Best customer service ever. I shop at Powermax because I can always count on Michelle to be honest and fair when I tell her what my needs are. I would never hesitate to recommend them and I love the quirky website 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃
