Really impressed by the customer support on my recent order (expansion pack & stand). I am in the process of moving overseas and the movers were coming in a week. I waited too long to place my order and was concerned package would come after the movers. I called the customer support number and had to leave my number. Someone called me back in a few hours and expedited the order so it shipped that day. Thanks Powerblock team! Oh, the product is fantastic also!

Great product that provides nearly unlimited range of weights. Equipment is comfortable, compact, durable, and very quick to change out. This makes other dumbbell sets seem like such a waste of space.

I've enjoyed using Powerblock urethane series as they are solid, reliable, quiet and easy/quick to change weight - like if you do supersets. Also the grip on them is sure, even when you're sweaty and they have just enough padding that they don't chip/scratch rings on your fingers. I added the 20 lbs extension to my original set and they work great - but they do make the dumbells heavier (couldn't resist that one) ;-). I recommend them.

I had no problems ordering. My package came on time and I have enjoyed using the product so far.

Arrived quickly, are very conveniently sized for my space, as a woman they are easy to use without being uncomfortably cumbersome, and they switch quickly between weights without throwing off my workout routine.

I've placed two separate orders with Powerblock. Both arrived faster than I expected. As so far the quality of their products are through the roof.
