When I first started using…
When I first started using Balancebags,I knew I wanted to change my lifestyle, but I just didn't have the time or know how to eat healthy without giving up good taste and nutrition. This app has been a game changer. I get recipe ideas that actually match my goals, and I love that I can order my groceries right through the app based on those meals. It even checks what I already have in my kitchen inventory so I don’t overbuy! To save time for my workouts, I also use their grocery delivery from time to time. Another favorite feature is just taking a picture of my food to instantly see the calories, protein, and nutrients. It's been about 2 months now, and I’ve easily stayed consistent. I’ve already lost 4.4 lb, I'm sleeping better, and my gut health has improved so much. I'm definitely sticking with it because I know the results will be even better in 3 to 6 months.
