I replied to a email I received from trustpilot.com regarding my account Daisy got back to me and was very pleased with the response I got thanks Daisy

I accidentally signed up and was charged twice. Then I requested for an account deactivation however, my subscription was unexpectedly upgraded without my authorization. Despite my request to terminate the account, I was still charged for the upgraded service. I was then requested to leave a positive review and mention Emerald like some of you here have done before a refund can be processed. They are a scam.

Good day, First and foremost i appreciate that you reached out. Its been 1a month or two since i been waiting for the cancellation whatever subscription i made without my knowledge and immediately deducting money from my account. Please do what you need to do and i agreed.
