I reached out to you as I entered the order about my discount code not being applied and asked for help. Got no response.

The top is too big for the base even with the extenders.

We did not receive the items we ordered correctly

Failed to cut bollard to 36" as requested and stated on the invoice.

I thought product would be more heavy-duty. joints wouldn't line up correctly causing a bow. screw outlets are not very sturdy, had to make modifications due to lack of sturdiness of bolt.

Sales Order ECP-119091P ordered on 5/5/22. Contacted your customer service (Pat Cork) via email on 5/18 because we did not receive anchor bolts for the bollard. Spoke to customer service on or about 5/20 again requesting anchor bolts. As of today, 5/30, we still have not received the anchor bolts, so we have been unable to install the bollard.

Horrible Customer Service

I didn't see anywhere on your site that your guard wouldn't fit a 4 x 4 treated post. I had to lube the post and put it over the post with a piece of 4 x 4, I bought one previous for another building from another company and it fit fine, no lube needed on that treated 4 x 4
