Hi Trent, Thank you for the thoughtful review — we’re really glad to hear you loved the quality of the poster and the signatures. Regarding the sizing, some of our pieces do run slightly larger than the standard 27x40 frame due to the way certain studios originally printed their theatrical posters. It’s rare, but it does happen with a few titles. We appreciate you pointing it out, and we’ll make sure our product page reflects this more clearly to help future collectors choose the right frame. We’re grateful for the kind words on our packaging and care — and we’re always here if you need help finding the perfect frame for your next piece. Warm regards, Team Poster Memorabilia

Hi Sheryl, Thank you for updating your review. We’ve now located your order (#12776), and we respectfully disagree with your assessment. Every poster we sell — including the Jaws piece you purchased — is genuinely hand-signed and authenticated by a trusted third-party expert before it leaves our facility. We do not sell reprints, auto-pens, or pre-printed signatures under any circumstance. It’s also important to note that it’s completely normal for multiple cast members to sign using the same pen during a signing session. This is common industry practice and does not indicate fraud. That said, your satisfaction matters to us. You are fully covered under our 90-day money-back guarantee, and you’re welcome to return the item to our California address for a full refund — no questions asked. If you would like assistance with the return, or if you’d prefer us to review the signatures with you directly, we’re here to help. Warm regards, Team Poster Memorabilia
