It is easy to renew each year. The rep always reaches out to me. If you need additional posters, they will take care of that also.

Thanks so much for your kind words! We're glad our team could deliver quickly and provide great service.
This is a good service for our school. I used to get an invoice in the mail to renew our subscription. It was easy and painless. This year for some reason a sales person started calling me/leaving me messages like every day (I screen my calls) about our renewal. Why? If you don't want to use the USPS anymore, so be it, just email me the renewal please and I will pay it.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m sorry for the persistence—it’s our standard protocol to reach out by email, mail, and phone, but I completely understand how that could be frustrating. I’ve moved your account to be managed by our customer service team, so you shouldn’t receive those calls again next year. We truly appreciate you subscribing to our service!
As always, I get the reminder email well before our posters expiring and always receive awesome cutomer service.
