I loved the canvas print but the frame is so cheaply made and it was crooked. Tried to get the company to send me a straight one but they never answered so I disputed my original charge on my credit card. Would not buy from them again.

I love my 16x24 I ordered for my daughter in laws BD the site was difficult for me I'm sure it's not for others. But I'm very happy and will be ordering other items.

I would give them no stars if I could. I made an order online. Received a email receipt the only information it says I would receive an email when the portrait was ready. During the process it says you will receive an email for approval- never received. I was only able to view the design with the ink marks. The company went through with production without my approval and there is a weird line under the eyes and a weird shadow on the forehead. The company now wants more money to fix the portrait. Don’t waste your money there is better company’s out there doing a better job than this company!

Was going to do a portrait option for my daughter, but on looking through the options there is no diversity at all. All the options are Caucasian people. That's a big turn off as there should be more inclusivity. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing anything now.

I've been waiting for my order to be delivered for 10 days and I still haven't received it, they just lie and say that you will receive your order within 24 to 48 hours.
