No sure why this has so many bad reviews. I bought 2 for a good price via Amazon. They have been a god send through the covid epidemic. I have family in Jersey and it's been great to be able to keep in touch this way. I bought the ones that go onto your TV & it's like the family are in the room. The only negative is that the updates can take a few minutes to do so always need to turn it on about 10 mins before you're due to chat.

Some kinks. But overall a good experience. Wishlist: -Portuguese and other language support (this is great for families from apart to connect). - External mic capability (bluetooth or hardwire) so you can have a mic closer to you.
