Porch LifeReviews of porchlifedirect.com

First off. Andrea is awesome to work with! Questions and concerns were answered quickly. Just finished the install of my new windows, I'm not an expert but this DIY was easy and windows fit perfectly. Pricing for the windows compared to others was much more affordable, and shipping was free in my area. No problems with shipping and driver was prompt and polite. I would recommend these windows to anyone looking to upgrade a living space. Thanks again Porch life for a great overall experience!

First, the windows turned out fantastic and the renovated screened in patio/now air conditioned office space is amazing. It’s now our favorite room. Communication was excellent and the windows were exactly how we ordered them. There was no damage in shipping and no missing items. It’s very important to measure correctly in the way that Porch Life requests. The installation was not difficult as a DIY. I have recommended Porch Life windows to several friends.

The windows look great now that they’ve been installed. The only issue we encountered was a small hole in one of the screens. The shipping process was a bit of a hassle, as we had to spend some time going back and forth with the freight companies handling the shipment. The delivery date was mixed up by the freight carrier, and the delivery had to be rescheduled. However, everything was eventually resolved, and the windows arrived safely. None of these shipping issues were under the control of the Porch Life team. A few days later, while installing the windows, we noticed a very small hole in one of the screens. We immediately contacted Porch Life and submitted a support ticket. Their response was excellent. They quickly arranged for a replacement screen and shipped everything we needed to resolve the issue. Andrea was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—from helping us measure correctly to walking us through each step. She was always prompt, answered all of our questions, and helped ensure the screen issue was resolved quickly and smoothly. Her customer service was outstanding, and we truly appreciated her support.

First class company all around. Amazing customer service. We loved working with Andrea, who never stops working to be sure you get everything you need for the best price. She showed great patience with us the entire time with all our questions. Excellent customer service and highly recommend her and her company. One of the best companies we've dealt with in a long time. Call her and you will not be disappointed.

As a retired contractor, I have used this window system a few times. I did not know that Porch Life existed until recently through a google search. They were 12% less expensive than the company I had used in the past and the quality and fit were even better. If you are thinking about turning a pretty much useless space into a three season masterpiece room. Porch Life is the go to window for sure. Be a little creative with your inside walls, floor etc, and your family will be hanging out in there like you’ve never seen before!

We researched a number of products and websites for our deck which has some large openings. Some estimates came in over 3x the price per window vs Porch Life. These windows installed just fine and are perfect for what we needed. The installation videos provided were very helpfull. We have more openings to complete so we'll definately be ordering from Porch Life again !!

Best windows on the market for sunrooms or porches. Had similar windows in our previous home sunroom for over thirty years. Was happy to see that Porch Life manufactured similar windows. So it was a no brainer to install the Porch Life windows in our new home's porch. Love the choices of vinyl tint and frame color. Ordering online was straight forward. Communication after ordering was terrific as Andrea keeps you informed of build of windows and shipping. Highly recommend buying these windows from Porch Life!
