Incredibly hard to cancel, 8 months ago I requested to cancel and because I didnt reply with my life on the reason I wanted to cancel I have been paying for 8 months without using the service. Use an alternative service.

Forces you to send an entire email to them, explain why you want to cancel, they will then read the email and message you back to say it's cancelled. Put a simple unsubscribe button.
