I received all 5 pictures on time--before Xmas. They were absolutely beautiful. Everyone loved them. Your company was respectful and ansered all of my questions and concerns. The picture was wrapped in a thin plastic but was in a box with no stuffing. I watched for the deliveries each time because it has rained nonstop around here. Neighbors kept an eye out too. Maybe consider better packing. Not really compaining but if they had gotten wet my expericence wouldn't have been as GREAT as it was. Have a great New Years!

Picture was perfect! We were able to make several changes to picture and small edits to make it perfect! The turnaround and response time was super fast! We for sure will be repeat customers!
