Apparently the items I ordered were out of stock. Instead of contacting me or canceling the order they just decided to send me different items which I disliked so much I donated them. When I contacted customer service I was issued a refund for the items but not the shipping. I was out $5+ for nothing.

I never received the the time I ordered. And when I contacted customer support no one responded.

They won’t let me return them because I’m dissatisfied with the quality of the product and don’t want them anymore. They said I could only return them if they’re broken. STUPID. $50 completely down the drain.

Je suis globalement très contente du jouet commandé, le rapport qualité prix est correct. Le délai de livraison est un peu long.

Everything was a great quality worth buying more.

The order took about a month to arrive, which was longer than expected. But all the toys are good quality and are good for fidgeting with.

Lovely support, Jean-Marc answered quickly to my questions and is very nice!

I did not receive all my order. Please email a copy of my order detail and I will tell you what I did not receive.
