Product great. Customer service not so great. I have sent two emails about the broken product I received in my 122$ order and no one has contacted me since First week of January.

I didn’t receive my order and after 3 unanswered emails to them I contacted paypal and they refunded my money for me. Will not order from them ever again and i spent over $100 for poop spray. Bad customer service. I wouldn’t give them 1 star.

This is a better way to get rid of the smell. The oils that are used are not harmful. The many other aerosol sprays are harmful to us. My two granddaughters live with me and I have to say I'm tired of smelling poop all the time. Two sprays work really well at getting rid of the smell and I feel good about using it. Thanks Poo~Pourri!!
