I love this product! My home is never without it anymore. I also keep a personal stash with my person as well. Works amazingly well at suppressing the stench and I encourage EVERYONE in the world to use it!

I have been using these products for awhile. As someone with an IBD, this has made my life so much easier. I was stoked to see them come out with the Assistant. I got the BOGO deal and got two. One worked fine. The other is broken or faulty. If the batteries were in but the cartridge in and door closed, it wouldn’t spray. Take the cartridge out and keep the door open and you hear the sprayer go off. I tried everything and realized it was a dead end. I emailed the company at dearboyd at poopourri dot com and got an automated confirmation email. Several days later no response. After a full week I got an email asking to take a photo of the product and send it to them and they’d be happy to mail me a new unit. I sent the photos a few days ago and nothing. My hope is I will eventually get a replacement but a bit disappointed at the amount of time it takes to hear anything. I’m not sure about the quality of these new things but time will tell.
