I never received my order

It took 2 weeks to get my order, then when I did get it the large bottle had not been tightened and the envelope that it was in was full of liquid in it and had leaked through.to the outside. So I lost some of my liquid. Darlene

Best thing ever made. Works just like an air freshener except yu spray it in your toilet. Would recommend to anyone.
