Hi Meghan, I want to begin by extending our sincerest apologies for the disappointment you've experienced with our product and service. It's disheartening to hear that you're underwhelmed with your purchase of the "higher resolution" printer, and I understand your frustration with the print quality not meeting your expectations. We take your feedback seriously, and I want to assure you that your concerns have been noted. It's always our aim to provide accurate and transparent information about our products on our website, and if you feel misled in any way, we are committed to addressing this issue promptly. We are continuously working to improve our shipping processes and exploring options to offer more affordable supplies to our valued customers. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We are dedicated to making things right for you and ensuring your next experience with us is a positive one. Hi Patrick, I want to sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you've had with our customer service and the issues you've encountered with your order. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been for you to have your item break on the first day, and the subsequent challenges with our support team and the replacement process. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by our slow response and for asking you repeatedly for the same information. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We take your feedback seriously, and I want to assure you that your concerns have been heard and will be addressed internally. We value you as a customer, and your time and trust in us are important. Regarding the replacement, I empathize with your frustration. We have indeed already requested your full shipping address, and the replacement is currently in the process of being arranged. I'll personally look into this matter to ensure that your replacement item is processed promptly. Please allow us to rectify this situation as soon as possible.
