I recently bought the Poolin 06 and I'm very happy with it. The results are great, and it's very easy to use! Even if you run into any problems, the Poolin team is there to help right away. It's worth 5 stars!

Kevin was so helpful with everything. I’m a newbie to a multineedle so I know, basically nothing. He helped me fix all the things I didn’t even know was wrong and dealt with all of my messages and pictures easily!

Order day to delivery day was 6 days. Machine was packaged very well. I got the 15 needle EOX. Everything I expected plus some. I was intimidated at first but Customer support (Leo) has been excellent. He is very patient and extremely helpful. Very encouraging.

I never thought I could afford a commercial embroidery machine until I happened to stumble across the poolin brand. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost and most important I have been so happy with the service from this company. They had me up and running really fast. The YouTube videos are so helpful. Thank you team poolin!
