I'm one of these OCD guys that researches every big purchase I make. Asa was super helpful in disclosing the history and inside manufacturing quality of the various brands he sells. I wanted to know and understand the differences of each to make the best decision for my family's needs to heat our pool in Las Vegas. COVID didn't make things easy on us either as we waited patiently for the unit we wanted to be manufactured and sent to us. Again, Asa kept us in the loop the entire time as to where we stood in line and when to expect fulfillment of our order. I highly recommend this company for their integrity.

I was so impressed with the personalized service of this company. How great it was to be able to speak directly with the owner, Asa Strong, who kept me updated on the production run for my heat pump. Also, I wasn't charged until my unit shipped. Many websites won't tell you that the item is backordered until your card is charged.

My energy bills are much lower than with propane and the heater doesn't need to run very often to maintain the temperature in the pool. It's nice and quiet, too. Thanks!
