Hello Tamara, Nicol here I am sorry that it didn't work for you. I am the inventor of the product and I really wish that it had! Did you have a chance to watch the demo videos? Heres a link if you haven't seen them. https://ponyo.com/pages/instructions-hair-types If they still don't work for you you should return them. Thank you for trying PONY-O!
Someone has got rich from coming up with this. And rightfully so! I have been waiting for something for my hair and its finally been done -good work!!! My hair is thick and long. Seems like a good problem to have but trust me, I always wore it in a bun all day. Now i can let it flow and looks wonderful. Worth EVERY penny! 👍

The hair products don’t work. I have long thick hair. I tried the hair clip couldn’t even get in through my hair.Tried reaching out to the company. Purchased this junk in April for $46.93. It’s now June and no response from the company. Don’t waste your money on PONYO junk!!!

So the bun thing needs a design modification so that one side is longer than the other. Being even it doesn't interlink well together. That said I love the pony-o. I have thick hair and I find it holds my pony tail very well. Best improvement is that I don't get a headache when pulling my hair back like the old style elastic hair ties. Great to see innovations in the hair design industry, well done

Not worth the money it’s a very hard rubber and hard to put in place. It took about 5 weeks to arrive. Threw in bin absolutely not worth it

I am so sorry to hear that the PONY-O did not work out for you! And also for the delay, this new normal is very hard to get adjusted to. But definitely let me know if there is anything that I can do to help!
I was really excited to try this product as I have very thick hair and often bobbles do not do the job and I have to use more than one. This product does not work for thick hair. It doesn’t hold the hair where you want it, it is even worse than a normal bobble and it’s also not very comfortable on your hair, the rubber causes a bit of friction and it feels a bit painful when you take it out.
