I joined the Pompa program about eight months ago. It has provided me with all the tools to help me change my life so I can heal my life. It has opened my eyes too many things that I wouldn’t have known that is making me sick. It’s definitely a process, but with the help of my coach Brandy, we are working through the program. She’s amazing and so helpful. She is tailoring my program and helping me find the root causes of my illness and encouraging me and helping me along the way. I couldn’t do it without her. I believe this program will continue to change my life. It is a process, and you have to be patient, but with Brandy‘s help, I am staying positive and motivated. I have recommended this to many of my friends who are also sick. If you are reading this, I recommend you try the program. You will not be disappointed. It is not an overnight fix. You have to follow the program to get the results.

I've been blessed to work with Laurie Brooks. Her constant encouragement, even when I hit a plateau of taking all of the supplements helped me ride thru a number of rough spots in the program. I'm impressed with the thoroughness of the program. The supplements are meant to target many areas of need. It takes discipline to do the required efforts needed to bring change. As I near the end of my year with the program, I'm very glad that I signed up & did the work that I did. It truly did make a difference. Laurie's encouragement meant a lot to me. She was supportive, knowledgeable, warm, & offered valuable insights all along the way. I highly recommend her & commend her for her great work.

This is the first time I feel seen by someone who understands all that I am going through. My coach, Chiquita Battle, is amazing in encouraging me while holding me accountable. I finally have a belief that I can heal.

Just had to write this review... Spoke to Brandy today and got super excited about my second shipment. She told me there is a pill in there to help me with mold. See I live in Florida and almost every restaurant has been flooded due to storms. Every time I leave I start to get sick and even in some before I'm done with my meal. This call today let me know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I already feel good with box number 1 and can tell things in my system are changing for the good. Thought I'd have a hard time with 2-2_2 days the last week but I actually feel full when u eat the healthy fats. Can't wait to see what the future brings! Thank you Brandy for answering ALL my questions. Glad I got you as my coach! 💜

First, I do believe in the quality of the products that I take. I have researched the ingredients selected in each capsule and do feel like it's the correct ingredients. I also trust the source of those ingredients. Second, the resources within the Pompa website cover everything imaginable. There's so much that sometimes I need directions to find what I am looking for. Third, Coach Brandy helps keep me on task. It's a marathon and sometimes I have a tendency to sway from the daily discipline needed to keep on keeping on. Overall, it's a great combination of Products, Program, and People that make this a worthwhile endeavor.

Top notch program. So much training available from diet to household products, to lifestyle in general and supplements especially. Dr. Pompa's videos in the training and on Instagram are eye opening and informative. And my personal coach Chiquita is so well trained and knowledgeable as well as being very encouraging. She's my cheer leader and my friend. This is my fifth month in the program and I have a while still to go to reach my goals but I'm well on my way.
