My experience with the Pompa Program was GREAT because Dr Pompa and all the coaches & clients taught me a TON about how to eat healthy, how to cook, and about oral toxicity. I now feel better, have thicker, healthier hair, am feeling better, now love to cook, I’m in a more positive, hopeful mindset, have no more TMJ pain, & ALL my cavitations, amalgams & infected root canals are gone!!! I’m also in the process of getting my airway treated, and I know how to continue in my journey of healing. Dr Pompa is one of the most caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and godly men I know, & I feel so blessed to have been part of his program. In fact, I STILL feel cared for by the Pompa coaches, for which I’m deeply grateful. Thank you!

I love all the videos. I like that we had coaches to help keep us on track. There was so much information that I was having a hard time grasping all that I was supposed to or not to do. I felt like I was rushed through the process ( especially the brain phase). I am glad I decided to do the program but am unhappy that vital supplements are often out of stock. I really appreciate that the partner companies are listed and easily accessible from the portal. This is very helpful. I will continue to use the information I learned throughout my lifetime. Thanks to all involved.

So far this has been a game changer for my health. I started with adrenal fatigue for the past 10 years, terrible brain fog, and menstrual cycles where I would get hit with extreme fatigue and anxiety/depression starting 10 days before my cycle every month. I believe I have PMDD and it was getting unbearable to continue to live with. I am only two months into the program. But I already have way more energy, mental clarity, I feel so much smarter bc the brain fog has lifted, my PMDD symptoms have improved significantly, I feel overall just more happy because I have energy to socialize and be productive. My coach Gina was incredible. She’s taught me so much that I was not aware of with eating out and nutrition. I was also exposed to mold and learning the dangers of that and how to detox from it have me really excited for what the next several months look like.

Joined this program to help heal my hormones after dealing with postpartum depression and anxiety that never went away. Everyone has been beyond helpful along the way of my journey, the knowledge gained here for what works best for me personally has been met beyond my expectations. Beyond grateful to be able to be in control of my own health again!
