About a year ago my husband started losing mobility in his hands, arms and shoulders. Told by doctors it was arthritis/bursitis with the option of taking cortisone shots, that was not an option. We set out to find an alternative answer to help him. He was going for stretching 2 - 3 times a week, chiropractor 2 times a week and having a full body massage twice a month. It was giving some relief, but only temporary. My journey was about stubborn weight gain with weight loss resistance, joint pain, high blood pressure and headaches. In our research my husband came across Dr. Pompa in a video on Instagram. We researched the program and proceeded to order the urine test, which showed our cellular inflammation was off the charts. In June of 2023 we started our Pompa Program journey. We have had a great experience overall, with the most amazing coach we could have ever asked for. Emi McCarter, has been a wealth of knowledge, exceptional coach, teacher, cheerleader and now a forever friend. I am extremely pleased to say that my husband has regained full use of his hands, arms and shoulders, and the inflammation is no longer an issue! Of the many benefits we have experienced, we have both dropped weight (40 lbs for him and 25 lbs for me), we have energy, brain fog has gone away - we are thrilled! This program has been an answer to prayer and life changing. Nothing that is worth it is easy; put the work in, make the necessary changes, be coachable and you will not be disappointed!! Shauna McGee throughly explained what changes occur on a cellular level in our bodies when the cells are exposed to various kinds of toxins. I understood the physiological and chemical changes which take place in the cells and what these processes are also known as. Listening to her experiences in her personal and professional life made me realise how toxins can effect our health and well-being. I learnt a lot during her session and am very interested in getting more information on this topic.

After seeing a dozen testimonials on social media of how the Pompa Program has been a guiding force and grounding rod for individuals with rampant cell inflammation, I signed up for the evaluation process. From the moment I agreed, the program was placing road signs for me to follow on my journey. From the lifestyle questionnaire, to the evaluation, to the interview, I was personally guided by my Health Advisor Caleb Andersen. He texted and emailed instructions, timelines and reminders to me, to help me stay on course for the interview via Zoom. His manor and demeanor was calm, professional, and I must say, genuinely sincere in relating a desire to help me. I felt unusually calm and at ease during his questioning. He allowed me time to speak my feelings, and he was very attentive and proactive. Frankly, I was not expecting such a comfortable atmosphere with someone I had never met or spoken to, but only texted prior. After he did his due diligence to convey the program, how it works, the timelines, and investment requirements, my wife and I were unfortunately unable to participate at this time. But with the knowledge and statistics that Caleb shared with us, I am feeling blessed that my initial investment returned 5-6 times the value I expected, and a working knowledge and understanding of the changes I need to make to my lifestyle and habits. I endorse the program 100%, and encourage anyone with symptoms described in the testimonies or infomercials, to at the very least sign up and take the home toxicity test, follow up for the interview, and hopefully you will have the good fortune of meeting Caleb, and be blessed with genuine, sincere, effort to transport you to the wellness God intended for us all. Hello! I am only a few weeks into the program and the Prep Phase and so far have really enjoyed the process! I am working with my coach Taryn and Milena and have had a great experience with both thus far! I look forward for what is to come!

So far my experience with the pompa program has been great the first person I met was Tanya Jarrett and she has made me feel so comfortable and safe and heard! To meet someone that has experienced an illness such as myself and recovery leaves me hopeful?
